Army Forced to Upgrade a Previously Botched Discharge

From former 101st ABN Soldier, Allan Moser, who fought bravely in Afghanistan with Captain Roger Hill and Dog Company:

I am extremely thankful for your organization. Because of y’all, my discharge was upgraded and the Army righted a wrong. I am blessed to know members like John Maher and will forever consider him a friend. John was nothing but helpful, professional and encouraging throughout the whole process. His tenacity speaks volumes of his character. You are lucky to have him on your legal team. I appreciate all of you for all the amazing work you are doing for all the patriots who are facing wrongful prosecution. Keep up the good work.

Respectfully, Allan Moser.

BACKGROUND:

Specialist Moser served with distinction in the 1-506 Infantry, 101st Airborne Division during many combat engagements. However, because he struck an enemy terrorist who bit him, Moser was administratively separated with a General Discharge and not authorized to re-enlist.

The Army involuntarily discharged him, not only in the face of a distinguished combat record and high praise from fellow Soldiers with whom he served under fire, but also on his ETS date, which means that his discharge by law must be Honorable.

Maher Legal Services was proud to represent Specialist Moser and help him receive the discharge he deserved.
